Curriculum Vitae
Atiyeh Sadeghi joined to the Chair of Mobile Business & Multilateral Security at the Goethe University Frankfurt in 2021. She completed her Ph.D. in economic sociology and development and held her M.Sc. and B.Sc. in social science, all from the Ferdowsi University of Mashhad, Iran. Between her degrees, she has worked as an independent researcher. She also was a lecturer at the Khayyam University of Mashhad and she was on the Board of Directors of GABSIS (A startup company in agent-based modeling research).
She joined the Frobenius Institute of Goethe University as a visiting researcher in the field of remittances among immigrants in 2021 for a year. Her current research focus (as a Ph.D. researcher) is mainly on the privacy and cultural values among immigrants and their impacts on online purchases.
